I tried to do this under 1,5 hours in total. Started during a stream, continued the following day, added the finishing touches a little while ago.
I honestly don't know much about Sailor Moon, I never really cared for her look. Hence why I did this. If it doesn't seem too faithful, sorry, literally the only thing I know about her is the fact that she wore a schoolgirl outfit and she fought demons [i think]. I thought "Well, she might as well look COOL while doing it."
