Superman

This one got some hate for shameless promotion at the hype train!

That aside, this one was a very simple idea on how to modernize the Red Briefs of Superman's suit. Instead of getting rid of the belt/underpants, how can we adapt it to the costume in a way that it doesn't look too out of place but at the same time it still is not just underpants.

While not entirely visible from this angle, the red portion acts 'almost' like a cod piece that continues to move upward towards his back, rather than simply be a subligar. (Or a thong!)  

Some influences from Alex Ross and Michael Wilkinson's designs are present.

EDIT: This one was done for a video game pitch of a client, but he has since informed me that the pitch has failed so I decided to release at least Superman. But I've seen that the other artwork has leaked somehow.
